How we're making a difference!

At Give a Little with a Great Heart, we’re committed to improving the lives of children and families in Tanzania. Here are some of the ways we’ve already made an impact:

• Paying School Fees: We support several children by covering their school fees, giving them access to education, a stable home at school, and regular meals.

• Supplying Wheelchairs: Thanks to Catarina, six wheelchairs were brought from Sweden, and four more were purchased locally. Bruno, our chairman, even customized the seats for each wheelchair to ensure comfort and functionality.

• Water Project in Same: In a village where the nearest water source was six kilometers away, we built a 40-square-meter rainwater tank. Seeing the first drops of water collected was a moment of pure joy!

• Food and Nutrition Programs: We’ve run food projects that distribute supplies like rice, oil, and hens while teaching families how to create nutritious meals using local crops.

• Providing School Uniforms: Children in Maasai villages now attend school with proper uniforms, learning under the shade of a majestic baobab tree.

• Building a Local Office: In the village of Same, we’ve constructed a local office, with plans to plant fruit trees, create a vegetable garden, and eventually build a children’s home.
